Description

Smooth-20X is a breakthrough product independently developed by Ruipu Technology to address the pain points of polymer 3D printing post-processing, and is the first post-processing vapor smoothing equipment designed for small-to-medium batch production. Leveraging proprietary room-temperature vapor smoothing technology, it fundamentally resolves issues of uneven treatment, deformation, and performance degradation caused by high-temperature steam. After treatment, surface roughness is consistently stabilized below Ra 2.0 μm, while mechanical properties of parts are significantly enhanced.
