Description

The CH-WPC60 processing head is a laser melt deposition processing head with multi-material composite additive repair capability, independently developed by Suzhou Huanju Laser Technology Co., Ltd. This product breaks through the technical limitations of traditional single powder-feeding or single wire-feeding laser processing heads. Based on independently developed split-ring in-light laser cladding technology, it achieves laser melt deposition additive repair with coaxial wire or powder feeding within the ring laser. The processing head adopts a highly integrated functional modular design, allowing flexible expansion of various functional modules according to application needs, including a coaxial temperature measurement module (supporting closed-loop temperature control software), a rapid circulating water cooling module at the processing end, and a synchronized wire and powder feeding expansion module. This effectively improves equipment adaptability and usage efficiency. During processing, it offers higher stability and controllability, significantly enhancing material and energy utilization.
