Its main business includes titanium alloy profile manufacturing and mechanical processing of titanium alloy components. In the past three years, the company has completed extensive academic work in collaboration with the School of Materials Science and Engineering and the School of Mechanical Engineering at Xi'an Jiaotong University, primarily responsible for small-scale processing and engineering application during the research process. The company currently operates a full-process titanium alloy wire production line, with most equipment independently designed and manufactured, achieving industry-leading production efficiency and automation levels. Main production equipment includes continuous roller die drawing machines, multi-tube online annealing and straightening furnaces, and polishing coating collating machines, totaling 30 units. Annual production capacity of various titanium alloy wires reaches 200 tons. High-quality titanium wire for additive manufacturing is the company's key growth area for future performance, with a product specification range of
