The Powder Materials Preparation Center is an independent R&D and production department established by the Ningbo Branch of the China Academy of Ordnance Science, dedicated to the R&D, production, and application of high-quality spherical metal powders. The Center possesses imported EIGA atomization equipment, RF induction plasma spheroidization equipment, and an EOS M290 metal printing system. It has developed mature and stable production processes for various spherical powders, particularly titanium and titanium alloys, Ti-Al alloys, tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum, niobium, and other spherical metal powders, as well as various spherical ceramic powders. Custom powder preparation and printing services are also available upon customer request. After more than 10 years of development, the Center has a mature and stable technical R&D team and an annual production capacity exceeding 200 tons of various high-quality spherical powders. A strict quality assurance system ensures the consistent quality of its powder products.
