Description
This product is a multi-material metal additive manufacturing equipment for high-end manufacturing, providing high-performance, integrated complex component solutions for extreme environments such as aviation, aerospace, and nuclear energy. The core technology of this equipment lies in achieving intelligent collaboration and high-precision integrated forming of 4 different metal materials. Within a build volume of 150mm×150mm×150mm, it precisely constructs complex components with gradient compositions, composite structures, or functional integration. It features forming dimensional accuracy of ±0.05mm, powder spreading and suction time of less than 30s per layer for a single material, single-layer powder suction thickness error of less than 14um, and is equipped with in-situ observation methods such as off-axis infrared thermal imaging and visible light imaging, achieving active control accuracy of element distribution at the 200μm level, precisely regulating material microstructure and properties at the microscopic scale. This equipment is suitable for research institutions conducting materials science research in multi-material metal additive manufacturing as well as integrated forming of small-sized multi-material metal components.
